(WTNH)–At age 27, Thomas Fatone of Shelton set off to document the state of Connecticut’s 169 “blue town history signs.” You can find them in every town in the state, with a brief description of the town’s history and information on its founding. The journey took him 13 years and a lot of gasoline. What he learned will last a lifetime.
“I decided I was going to make Connecticut my little playground and travel around and visit each town, and read each sign,” he said.
Fatone photographed every sign, and wrote about what happened to him while he was in each town.
