(WTNH)–A new Connecticut business founded by two friends is setting out to do good for others. It’s called Heartwork Apparel Company. Ryan Sullivan and Jeff Zager are starting with t-shirts, but more merchandise is coming as they build their give-back lifestyle.
“Have hope, that’s our message that we wanted to spread, and honestly, that had a lot to do with even beginning this project,” Sullivan said. “We needed hope ourselves that we could start a business. Being an entrepreneur, everybody needs hope, so you decided you’re going to build this company, and you’re going to do it on goodwill.”
The company is based on helping others, and both believe in making their products in America.
